Because you are dealing directly with the Energy Assessor, your customers are assured a high level of service too and with over thirty years customer care. Appointments can be arranged either directly with your clients, collect keys from the office or I can meet you the Agent on site subject to our diaries matching. Any and all customer information whether sensitive or not, will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.

EPCs and floor plans can be ordered separately as required, although there are some great advantages having both done on the same visit. Your floor plans can be customised to your preference, including choice of colour schemes and the amount of detail on the image.

EPC, Pricing, Payment & Floor Plans

EPCs

EPCs are generally finalised and sent to you the same day. It is rare for any delay in getting the EPC to you by close of day. If you have ordered a floor plan, this will also be with you the same day.

Pricing

Your EPC and floor plan pricing can be found below, but discounts maybe available for volumes of work or multiple dwellings on the same site. Please feel free to contact me and we can discuss further.

N.B. Unless the property is a significant size or distance away from your office, there are no additional charges. I do not charge for key collections.

Payments

When it comes to payment for the EPCs, I will endeavour to work alongside you and your business routine. If preferred, I can collect directly from your customer, invoice you for each instruction or invoice you on a monthly basis-whatever works best for you.

So we know where we are, I include an itemised invoice that includes the property details and the day the survey was completed.

Floor plans

I can offer you a fabulous floor plan service. No more sketching onsite and then returning to the office to do it all again. I’m sure to save you so much time, effort and money.

With over 11 years experience, your floor plan will be ready and with you the same day as the visit. Your floor plan will be saved in your preferred format, colour scheme and have as much detail as you wish. All you need to do is let me know.
